			The Wyandotte Nation of Oklahoma quietly opened a tiny casino Thursday on its territory in downtown Kansas City, Kansas. 			Despite the stiff Indian gaming competition in Washington, the Suquamish tribe is betting that its newly expanded Clearwater Casino in Kitsap will succeed.
