Borgata owner buys Vegas rival for $1.3B
Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa owner Boyd Gaming agreed to buy Coast Casinos for $1.3 billion in cash, stock and assumed debt, creating a company with 17 casinos that's expected to produce $2 billion in revenue this year.
